I say bubble? I say bubble. Good piece, but the most interesting paragraph is the following, provided as a health warning on a NYT feature quoted:

Andreesen’s wife is the daughter of really big property “investor” in Silicon Valley, who knows between them how many people they know and have scratch-your-back-scratch-mine relationships, or I guess perhaps a general desire to boost the hype, after all both her father and husband are heavily on the silicon-valley sell-side.
